Come to taste. Stay to learn.
The Test Café is back — and this time, it’s the Fulani Edition!
In collaboration with PeulChefs, this edition celebrates the rich food traditions, ingredients, and culinary heritage of Fulani communities in Ghana.
Test Café is an experimental food experience built around small menus, unexpected combinations, local ingredients, and stories told through food. Each edition creates space to taste something new, share honest feedback, and explore how traditional foods can inspire new culinary experiences.

What to Expect
For the Fulani Edition, we’re exploring Fulani-inspired flavours and ingredients, with a special focus on fresh milk and wagashi cheese sourced directly from Fulani herders.
Working alongside PeulChefs, these traditional ingredients will be brought into a menu that celebrates Fulani food culture while giving it a fresh, creative interpretation.
Some things will be familiar.
Some things will be experimental.
And some might surprise you. 😌
But that’s what Test Café is about — trying, tasting, learning, and evolving together.
Why This Edition Matters
Food is more than what we eat. It carries culture, livelihoods, identity, knowledge, and history.
By working with local food producers and exploring traditional ingredients in new ways, the Fulani Edition creates an opportunity to appreciate the people and food systems behind what ends up on our plates.
So come hungry, bring your curiosity, and tell us what you think.
